BioWhile I've been a tea consumer for quite some time, I've recently gained a renewed interest in tea, especially in black teas. Most of my appreciation lies in the black teas, especially Earl Grey and Darjeeling. I am one of those people, however, that enjoys trying anything once.
This journal is intended to be a record of my personal opinions of various teas that I've come across, and I also hope that it will serve as a forum for further discussion on teas. I will occasionally include brief philosophical notions when the mood strikes, but will resist that urge as much as possible.
